At Holding Out HELP, we know that no single organization can meet every need. The challenges our clients face are complex and often require a network of support. That's why community partnerships are such an important part of the work we do.

Holding Out HELP provides a variety of trauma-informed services, including emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and neurofeedback. These services help clients process trauma, regulate their nervous systems, reduce anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills.

When someone leaves a polygamous culture or other insular community, they often leave behind more than a home. They may leave behind their support system, financial stability, transportation, personal belongings, and sometimes even contact with family members. The first days and weeks can be filled with uncertainty.

Every day, individuals and families from polygamous cultures and insular communities dream of building a self-reliant, stable, and independent life. Navigating the outside world without a traditional background, credit history, or an established support system can make that dream feel incredibly distant.

Holding Out HELP goes MOBILE to collect spare change! All proceeds from Coin Up will go towards funding our new COMPLEX TRAUMA CENTER.
